I’m Emilia Bähr (she/her), a certified Intimacy Coordinator for Film and Castings based in Berlin, Germany.

I trained with the respected, LA-based Intimacy Professional Association, which allowed me to earn the internationally recognized certification in Intimacy Coordination (accredited by SAG-AFTRA). This experience deepened my commitment to making sure intimate scenes are handled with care, respect, and professionalism.

I’ve been lucky enough to work on a wide variety of projects, always focused on finding the best solution for each team and creative vision. I truly believe every production is unique, and it’s essential to approach each one with sensitivity and flexibility. My goal is to meet the needs of both the performers and the production team, while maintaining an environment that’s respectful for everyone.

I collaborate closely with directors, actors, and production teams to help coordinate and choreograph intimate scenes that stay true to the artistic vision while also prioritizing the well-being of everyone involved. As a Mental Health First Aider, I’m all about clear communication and creating a space where performers feel supported and at ease throughout the process.
